Raw material inspection,
1. Raw material warehouse only accept material which reaches the relative quality standard. Spot checking first.
2. When workers get material, double check before they start working, in order to avoid wasting time.
IPQC
1. PCB, 100% inspection before assembling. Testing data: charging current, discharging current, convert voltage, indicator function.
2. Each component on PCB must be fastened well. Content on adhesive sticker must be correct. Battery must be bundled well.
3. When testing, we use voltage regulator, withstand voltage machine, aging testing board machine, integrating spheres.
Finished Products inspection
1. Indicator function must be correct and good, all led must brighten when power cut. Button switches work smoothly. And lamp in normal state.
2. Middle plate fastened with screws, no obvious color difference from casing.
3. All emergency light clear, finished well.
Outgoing Inspection:
1. Choose one carton, check appearance first. No broken, dirty, wrong shipping mark.
2. Open the inner box to check serial-number. Each product has the ID number. Each product must be clean, smooth without scratch, and pasted with correct adhesive sticker.
3. Open the product and check inside, each component must be fastened well especial for transformer and wire connecting must be correct.
4. Function Testing machine. Products need to be test 4 items by this machine: charging , discharging, shift voltage and indicator testing
5. Another testing by Aging Test board. Too see circuit reach all standards.
